Dingy rooms and the shower floods, waste of money and disgusting. Don’t stay here.
Nice pictures/view of the bridge, everything was poor.
Don’t even want a refund, consider it a charitable donations to improve your plumbing!

What a fantastic hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite, taking all the stops out for an amazing stay. Rooms were a decent size and had all the needed amenities. Pricing was decent for a hotel right in London. The hotel itself was right next to Tower Bridge, so this beautiful site greeted you the second you walked out the front doors. Steps from a tube stop, from a Tesco that had the best croissant I’ve eaten in my life and across the street from Tower of London. Very walkable location and close to so many of the thing a we wanted to see. Right next to a Hop On/Hop Off bus stop if you’d prefer to drive around the city to site see. Beds were quite comfortable, water pressure good and everything was clean. Hotel is a little worn and dated, but we did not see any “guest” (ie bedbugs or other crawlies). This is a gem of a place and we are going back in the fall this year. Anytime we fly over from Canada, this will be our hotel of choice.

TERRIBLE !!!!!!! Worst experience in a hotel I’ve ever had. Maintenance work going on ALL DAY! The noise is like nothing I’ve ever heard in a hotel! Got changed room 3 times! No escaping the noise. I’ve recorded videos of the noise in the room. Member of staff walked right into our room with out knocking! Cleaner was so rude! No apologies. Really want to leave this hotel. SO SAD RUINED THE HOLIDAY!

Excellent stay at The Tower Hotel. Friendly Staff and clean rooms with a very comfy bed. Only 5 mins to nearest tube station, bus stops and a river boat stop. Lovely area with a few bars and restaurants at the back of the hotel and great views of the river facing windows of Tower Bridge. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. Parking is an excellent addition if driving at a very acceptable daily rate for location. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

너무 만족스러워요.
호텔 관련 이슈가 많았어서 걱정했었는데, 왜 걱정했나 싶네요.
1/30~2/1 머물렀고, 여자 직원분께서 체크인 도와주셨는데 뷰도 좋은 곳으로 골라주시고, 친절하게 맞아주셔서 좋았습니다.
컨시어지, 하우스키핑 직원분들도 친절하시고 요청에 대해 피드백 빠른 것도 좋았습니다.
입실하고 조금 추운 것 같아 라디에이터 요청하긴 했는데, 다음날에 온도를 올려놨더니 그렇게 춥지않아서 라디에이터 사용 안 해도 됐었어요.
(온도를 한번에 희망온도 설정하는게 아니고, 어느정도 설정하고 그 온도가 되면 다시 희망온도 설정이 되는 것 같았어요.)
은근 근처에 있을 거 다 있고, 지하철도 한 10분 정도면 있어서 크게 불편하지 않았습니다.
만약 런던에 다시 방문하게 된다면, 또 다시 머물 의향이 매우매우 있습니다.

Locatie , locatie , locatie , oud en vervallen oude grandeur is nog te zien het eens glorieuze is nu echt aan vervanging toe.
Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam een duik in de thames is waarschijnlijk warmer dan de douche en bad ( waar een waterkoker al niet goed voor kan zijn ) hadden op zondag ochtend in het hotel brandalarm allemaal naar buiten niks gecontroleerd en gecoördineerd maar chaos ( valsalarm ??? )

Brilliant location right next to tower bridge. Unfortunately hotel needs a lot of tlc. Rooms are ok, but very dated. Breakfast selection really disappointing and the food quality quite low. Breakfast staff were friendly

Fantastic location, but reception is always sooooo slow. Lovely and polite once you actually get to speak to someone though :)

The hotel management totally has no control??? Can we believe that one of the staff has too many complaints and the management admitted that, and she still working with the same attitude? Uncomfortable
Beds have been reported to staff no single action been taken?? I made my own invention traying to make it comfortable, see photo
Go green promotion is unrealistic, dose 7 & promotion means no cleaning and no drinking water?
It was a totally unpleasant experience, I will never ever visit this hotel again.

The room was not what I expected. I’m not sure if the space heater is a standard item in the room but even at that it didn’t work. The room was freezing cold. But the location of the hotel is perfect. There was even a movie being filmed

Someone either from this hotel, or related to this hotel tried to scam me into leaving a fake 5 star review. If you are reading these reviews I'd be very wary of the authenticity of any 5 star ones.
